I have had to deal with law firms in the past and I have to say that I could not be happier with my experience. Never once was I unable to get ahold of someone on the team or ever felt out of the loop. Most times when new information in my case they were calling me to give me an update. I was charged with a Domestic Battery and 2 misdemeanor batteries in Pinellas County, Florida. I live in New York and was down there on vacation. A very prestigious lawyer in New York City highly recommended the Morris Law Firm in St. Petersburg FL to me. My attorney Seth Shapiro was proficient at his job and relentless in his pursuit to get this case dismissed. Seth proved to the D.A. that upon further investigation of this case by the State Attorney's Office it was revealed that further prosecution was not warranted. My case was Nolle Prosequi, which means it was dismissed by the prosecution. This was the best outcome I could of have ever wished for. On top of that my arrest record is on its way to being expunged. What an amazing Law Firm. Seth Shapiro was caring, and forthright with me. I think everyone's biggest concern when hiring a lawyer is will the lawyer be responsive, and will they put your best interests first. Melinda represented me in two cases in which my wife was trying to manipulate the system using false charges to obtain more custody of our daughter.
